There's another club in Foster City by the name sjrei.net.

Lower Manhattan was largely developed in the 1960’s due to air rights allowing developers to build upward.As demonstrated in New York, air rights have the potential to help foster urban development and shape a city.

I still have a lot of belongings at the house, including a couple of foster cats and return once weekly to care for them/go through belongings/etc.
