Does anyone have tips on how to communicate with a middleman (or woman) so my services offered get communicated to the homeowner.

I just got off a phone with a woman who was very inquisitive about my letter.

Some of you may think, cheez, this woman needs to jump of a cliff.

Then I reread RDPD for the second time, then I read Rich Woman, and 1/2 way thru It's Rising Time.

I suppose if you can prove that the woman breached the contract in a court of law then you might be able to sue for breach of contract, but I doubt anyone will give you more than $1500 (why should anyone return rent money to you when you lived there for the entire time?).

So at the very least, I recommend getting a woman's opinion on paint colors, cabinet and counter choices, etc.
