It has to be genereic and say "homeowner" and it doesn't list where the house is that you are interested in buying because that would be 2,000 different addresses mentioned in the body of the letter or postcard.

Any body here rehabbing in Brevard County Fl, was visiting area in quest of seeking permanent residence, looked at four homes with local realtor last week. just looking for some input on the area. the area looks clean, beaches are great, Orlando only 45 Minutes away. please let me know if you are working the area and if you are able to sell in a reasonable time frame in this market.
