I've never done an RE transaction before, but the dream is to have a portfolio of buy/hold properties to rent out for a lifetime.I'm moving to the Orlando area and starting my licensing course in June, I hope to have my license by July to learn the ropes as an agent for a year or so, and then dip into buying some properties myself to rent to tourists in the area.

Like it or not, what we have here no other state comes close to, and it will always be a popular area for business, tourists, and living.
