LEts just hope that the deals were analyzed property in context of worst case scenario so that when worst case scenario happens they still have pants on, especially if we are talking about a buncha old guys or old women....or european tourists..........

To AirBnB in my city (granted, Miami probably gets more tourist and transient traffic than Thermopolis, Wyoming...probably), Landlords are required to have fire safety systems, those little maps on the back of the door directing people to fire exits, etc.

I've never done an RE transaction before, but the dream is to have a portfolio of buy/hold properties to rent out for a lifetime.I'm moving to the Orlando area and starting my licensing course in June, I hope to have my license by July to learn the ropes as an agent for a year or so, and then dip into buying some properties myself to rent to tourists in the area.
