Yes - there are still quality deals out there, but is tougher and should focus really hard on the "Buy" part and getting a great under-market purchase. 

We told the guy hey 1k em put it in escrow in 2 days.. never heard back from them.. its just a joke really.. total waste of our time.. so like you we get bombarded.. in our Vegas stuff its all phone calls now.. so each market is a little different on marketing methods.. but boy I cant think of a tougher thing to be doing in this market. 

This is still tougher because you probably have no useful experience to leverage but you can leverage your time.
