Is BRRRR Still Viable After the Interest Rate Hike? Seeking Course Recommendations
Hello BP community! 🏡
With the recent rise in interest rates, I've been pondering the viability of the BRRRR strategy.
I've noticed a lull in discussions about successful BRRRR stories lately. For those who are actively investing, are you still implementing the BRRRR method in this new financial climate? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any adjustments you've made to your strategies.
On a related note, I'm also looking to further educate myself. I'm aware of the Nate Barger Academy (its about 5k fee), but I'm curious if there are other bootcamps or courses out there that you'd recommend for someone keen on diving deeper into real estate investing.
Thanks in advance for sharing your insights and recommendations. This community has always been a goldmine of knowledge, and I'm eager to learn from all of you!

Short answer yes. I get deals all the time with 15- 20% net caps based on cash. So if ref COC would still be about 10% COC. Also just go to your local RE meetings, and do not waste money on courses.
Good luck
