I converted a van into a tiny home-on-wheels earlier this year and gained the confidence to buy my first home to house-hack and understand many of the building components that I previously knew nothing about!

Tiny house rentals.2.48 acres for $35,909.Right across from a nice bay with access to ocean and river.Main Ocean front highway to Halifax.About 2 hours out of Halifax.Has well and septic already.Off the highway.Even if you don't buy this property go thru the process and make an offer on it, subject to this or that and at a price that works for you. 

I suspect the ADU will rent for close to $1500 as a 2 bd/1 bath.Other thoughts for the lot are to build a tiny house and rent on AIrbnb.Thank you!

The bed in those 4 door p/u's is tiny.

It also has a guest house or grounds keeper's quarters and we will be building 3 tiny houses and putting in a pool and a gazebo as well.  

From my experience as a contractor for repairing many folks homes due to dogs, damaging property to be honest with you little tiny toy dogs do much more damage into a rental property or a residence.

Good problem to have LOL There's a third choice which is a tiny home, buy land somewhere in Kau and lock everything up, I don't mind.

The only thing different is the product, but the stories are all the same:"I couldn't pay my water bill because a tree crushed my car and I couldn't get to work so I got fired and I had money saved up but my neighbor Tiny Tim needed new crutches""I couldn't turn my assignment in on time because my mother, my aunt, and my best friend's boyfriend all died in the same week and I left my computer in one of the funeral homes""I can't pay the rent until next week because I won the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes but I had to send them the money I was going to use for rent as a deposit to hold my winnings"🤣🤣

All in after costs to build out tiny homes on them with anywhere between 6-12 units it meets the 2+% rule for investing and would also be worth a significant amount of value once built based on its revenue.

You would be better off focusing on building "tiny houses" to make this a plausible way of REI, IMO.
