Giving sensitive information needed for the loan process to someone with an LLC (which isn't difficult to make) that I can't validate seems rather risky, thoughts?

I help one of the elderly tenants with the install every year because he is very patient and it is not very time sensitive for him. 

I know the holidays can be a sensitive time for people, especially those in tough situations.

Some contractors even specialize in rehab-type production and are generally more sensitive to the need to offer high quality at lower cost because it keeps them busy - it's production work. 

One sensed that you were more rate-sensitive and showed you a lower rate scenario, the other sensed that you were more fee-sensitive and showed you a lower fees scenario.

Or are we better off gritting our teeth and staying where we are while saving/investing to build some reserves first? 

Most banks would  not intentionally  try to cheat a customer in such a way because it would damage their reputation, which is something banks are very sensitive to.  

I shaved  brushed my teeth.. and I took the Tesla to the do it yourself car was and cleaned it head to tow. 

I just pulled teeth to get as much rent as I could out of them and still came up $600 short at the end.
