I have a very unofficial survey to conduct! 

I ask because my company is an “architectural” surveying company, working on projects of all types throughout this country (plus Canada).

They make them take a Pre-Screening Survey.  

We'd really appreciate if you filled out this survey. 

Sales prices are of course public and I suppose one could do a survey of rental asking prices to get a sense of it.

I see an easement on a survey in Sherman, TX named PRGCT.   20' wide splitting the back 1/3 of a 1 acre lot.

According to figures from recent American Housing Surveys, while only 5 percent of all owner-occupied households in the U.S. had contracts for deed in 2005, 9.5 percent of Hispanic owner-occupied households and 7.1 percent of black owner-occupied households across the country used them.1 (For more figures on the use of contracts for deed, see the table below.)
