The lady has also gone to a doctor (don't know the reports) but all this smells like a law suit to mild some money.I spoke to the Mold inspector she used and he says there is Mold under the sink and in the AC closet.

I'm not sure but probably not.You can ask a tenant for written confirmation from a doctor stating they have a disability and require a service dog, but that is about it.

@Dan Bosak We looked into something similar to what you're proposing - our idea was to hire a local medical answering service (the kind that can decide if the nurse's after-hours phone call warranted a page to the doctor on call).

One local hospital has repeatedly sent bills to collections prior to billing patients, and I have had doctors send bills directly to collections when insurance erroneously denied payment, without contacting me first.

Would you want a doctor deciding to give you medical care this way?
