@Larry Fried,I am looking at the UK and South Africa at the moment, I am South African...But I have not lived there for 20 years :)I am open to all markets where i can get a good return on me investment, I am a bit concerned with the USA market as it is not easy to get a visa for myself, and it is a LONG way to travel.

Although it's 30k under the list price, eventually someone might say yes.Are you saying that the average deal in California is either: 1) diamond in the rough, acquired by hard networking or luck, 2) requires appreciation to get a decent ROI (gambling?)
