The packaging may look new but the content doesn't apply to the way banks are reacting today to today's investors negotiating tactics.

It sounds like you are reacting, instead of actually discussing, which tends to leave wisdom unaccounted for.I am a Realtor....going on 21 years now, so I think it is safe to say I am in this long term, and am a professional.I am not an investor with a Real Estate license. 

Now, this termite thing comes up and I feel as if it was a possible strategic plan to give me less time to react.

Now, how would the professionals react?

It wasn't too drastic, but there was a significant drop from 30 and 60 days ago.Personally, living in Phoenix and being a long time native I of course would love to see the upswing sooner than Vegas which is very possible.

This site is about as public as it gets so it shines a spotlight on how owners react and respond.
