Sometimes technology makes a simple task complex. 

The production of batteries, charging infrastructure, and new developments in autonomous technology are all areas that could potentially stimulate job growth.Secondly, the auto industry's shift to EVs is creating a need for new skills and talent.

I was a little worried because it seems that technology is driving out the real estate agent..

Plus you get so much access to technology, marketing materials, and everything else that makes you look and feel like a serious business. 

What tools/software/technology are you using to support and scale the success of these strategies?

We are a Chicago-based GC-tech (general contracting technology) company but expanding into the Atlanta market where my partner is.

Occasionally, a board filled with members who have no ideas and no hope will get an infusion of fresh new blood that knows, for example, how to use technology to improve a school system's results.

With so many people using different strategies, software's, and technology I am curious to hear what you have found to work. 

Additionally, it can be helpful to include a short video clip demonstrating the payment portal, especially for tenants who may be less familiar with technology or may encounter difficulties.During the tenancy, it's important to adhere to the terms outlined in the current lease agreement.
