I have never encountered this before and sense that the realtor is continuing to fish for more offers.

But then if fishes were wishes...I would try asking around at the local REIA and/or calling other apt owners in the area, and try to find a partner with a solution/cash for fixes, or someone to do the equivalent of a "subject-to" deal.Good luck!

However, there are investors making money at trustee sales, just be acreful, as you are a small fish in what is a very large ocean with many sharks and they can eat you alive.

One had a brother running my job who I later discovered was a convicted sex offender (rape) .The problem is....my area is a hot bed for investors and all the great GC's are taken and these guys jump from today's big fish to the next bigger fish and I have found most of them can't stand it when the work (shoddy) isn't acceptable.

It's like fishing but more work.

My client has several acres of land she, and she want to start a small subdivision and I'm fishing for creative ways to get this task done.  

I am currently a part-time fishing guide and trying to get the business going.Fishing guides work is very seasonal so I am thinking about other ways of making income right now.

They can do a lot with fish tape and over sized boxes.
