Las Vegas has a huge tourist economy and it will take a hit.

Buy a bottle of wine and sit around the living room with a pile of cut up paper representing 1.5 mil dollars laying on the floor. 

It can be for tourists or for traveling workers.

I would look in tourist friendly areas.

It is a great market, yes it is expensive but I feel tourists are paying big city dollars to be here in the summer, ADR on return is very attractive. 

Basically it came down to salt, water, and breast milk, and I don't think anyone would like a gift of breast milk in a bottle :PSo like coming to a party of 50 people or more, I'm going to bring the gift I intended to bring(bottle of wine for example), even if there might be someone allergic to it. 

Taking a chance on the next hot tourist area is a complete crap shoot.

The beach is what first attracted tourists and expats to the area.

As soon as things open back up, I imagine bigger metros will be ripe for short term business travel and tourist travel again.

In fact wining ten dollars causes you the same size of joy as losing five dollars causes sorrow.
