Are there any considerations to keep in mind when finding a temporary primary residence?

I made a temporary addendum and removed that.

It is not difficult in my municipality to get temporary restraining orders the day you apply at your local court house.

Find a large employer in the area of your houses that utilizes temporary or travelling workers. 

At least if there is logical compromise it would seem that an easy compromise would be to simply bolster the current RAFT program or Section 8 via individual housing authorities and give them the power to screen and issue some type of temporary COVID housing voucher to pay the rent. 

IMO, a necessary function of the door that I could see is that it acts as a temporary shield against fire in the home.

I beleive Placer county put a temporary stop on issuing new permits, and I'm not sure how it works in the other lake counties.   

They are all little quirky and different and sometimes have rate specials or other temporary offers

You should talk to your Zoning & Planning Dept. to see if you can get a temporary permit for that.
