As many of you know getting a loan from a bank, especially FHA, is like pulling teeth.

It won't affect those whatsoever.

Like I said I only had started 4 years ago part time with little to no experience whatsoever.

The 2 existing rooms have their own vanity, I'm probably going to add one in the third room, so my renters will have no reason to go the bathroom to brush their teeth and etc.

That's actually a great idea for a new investor to cut his teeth on & still get deep market knowledge.

I cut my teeth in New York litigating these insurance companies and I can attest that these are usually rough cases - insurance companies have legal teams to push back on you, and even if they don't have a good case they drag it out for as long as they can to try run your bank dry.
