@Steven Gesis if the condos are mainly rentals they will play heck getting financing for owner occ deals.. most lenders require 60% owner occ's as they don't want to lend into a rental property.. those need to be commerical non owner occ loans.. this stalls out projects big time

Its close to the horse racing area of Ocala, so we put it up for AIRBNB last year for the first time and it booked up December-March @ 4k/Month for the winter circuit with the occasional rent out for a few days a month since..

I work for The State of Indiana and experience it first hand so it's pretty frustrating.I believe prices will continue to creep downward/stall (how much is anyone's guess) but demand is still high.
