Major issue, we call in our drain snake guy because his machine is much heavier than ours.

I want to upgrade from a coin laundry system to coin/ credit card style machine.

The testing company came back out and set up their machine today for a post-mitigation test.  

How good are you with a machine gun, fixing holes in drywall without light, and cajoling people to pay you?

Over the year I've had to replace tenants, complete repairs, the normal landlord stuff...and now I am facing, what may be, delivering my first 'Notice to Quit'.Because this is a house hack I've installed a separate washer and dryer hookup (about $2k to have the electric ran and water lines installed) and machine (washer/dryer combo that I bought for $120 from a friend) in the basement for the 1st floor tenants to use since my spouse and I bought our own for our first anniversary together in the property, which is also located in the basement.

@Trevor Neale in addition to everything else that's been said, buy an Ozone machine.

Since then I have often suspected that she, or someone has been collecting the money from the machines because depending upon when I check them there might be only $2.00 there total between both machines or if I skip 2-3 weeks there is still only the usual weekly amount of $5.00 in each machine.

Title searches are based on relatively few search criteria; i.e. names, tax ID numbers, deed book and pages numbers, so teaching a machine to do that isn't a stretch.
