I appreciate some hosts claiming they see the end of the tunnel, but I believe the industry is hurt for years, not just months, and hotels are better positioned to transit through this crisis than the unstable STR market composed of hosts with no reserve and not enough motivation to stay in this business.

it is in the US so I think this forum should move, but it isnt one of the states, nor is DCjust keep up with the PR fiancial crisis - BPOP is almost BK so dont know what kind of loans it gives out - but it might actually offer good deals - Doral is already dead.

Most of the lenders use AMCs after the 2008 financial crisis and this was the only lender that I have come across so far who provides that option but I am sure there are othersI haven’t done a refi with them yet as I am still waiting for my quad to get occupied but going through various posts on BP about financing from various people I know they are very legit private lender.
