The 11 space RV park has a manager on site with free pad rental.

but I have to think its going to be 20 to 30k a pad or there abouts all you can really do is get your plans and put them out to bid.

I usually leave a welcome card with things like a 2-pack of HVAC filters, the assorted pack of furniture felt pads so they don't scratch my floors with their furniture, stainless steel spray or special cooktop cleaner if needed so they know I want them to use the recommended product.
