Few places have a shared sewer treatment pond or operation but if they do that's another lending concern.Just goes to show, all RE is local.Jerry, in your area I get the concern over fences probably out of the old range wars.We'd knock out wall/drive/road agreements in usually two pages for loans when they didn't have one, pretty simple, probably not as great as they could have been, but made underwriters smile getting deals closed. :)
