wow, that's a new one on me. though I have seen ads on cl with those scams ran a time or two. they pour on some religious and save the children type act that they run somewhere abroad so they can't be there to show the property. hopefully there's no liable claims against you from those victims that actually sent monies....Kudos,Mary

@Steve Allen apologies for dragging you back to this thread so late, but I was interested in your reasoning of why you think the Boise area marketplace with change in 18 months (17 now I suppose).Is this based solely on the belief that a economic recession is coming soon or are their other factors in play?

Contrary to popular belief, a veteran can have two VA loans; which the they call a Second-Tier VA Loan, so long as the new house will be the primary residence.

My belief (and I'm not saying it's correct) is that "done right" is more important than the particular avenue you choose. 

The opportunities in Columbia are amazing.We are pretty simple-minded: our belief is that the more you make on a house, the easier it'll be to sell you a lot more.

So my belief is somewhere at ~20 units working it as a part-time responsibility starts to have impacts on life style.
