You can also often get permission to sell a property under a blanket loan by paying off a  percent of the balance set by the bank depending on what percent that property is of the total.

Normally if the lease ended Oct 31 (for example) and they were moving out before Sept 30, but willing to pay rent until Oct 31; I'd get their permission to show the house (with 24 hours' notice) in Sept.
