Ruins the finish and stains hardwood, and will often go into the cement slab and stay there so the smell won't come out so has to be covered with some kind of sealant.For a unit with all hard surface flooring I might consider an already trained cat.

I believe after repairs this home will sell for much more)The renovations would include: an extended and upgraded kitchen, combine 2 of the rooms to make one big master suite with walk in closet and and a master bathroom suite, adding a bathroom, uncovering and refinishing all of the original hardwood floors throughout the entire home, add on back screened in porch with an additional open deck off to the side, new fencing and landscaping, a new roof and some modernized upgrading to the additional rooms.

I was wondering if you could tell me the best places to get cheap yet good quality products for: hardwood flooring, carpet, cabinets, granite counters, vanities, fixtures.

I dealt with a new guy for hardwood floors.

They will want hardwood, granite or other expensive type of tile in entryways and kitchen, and nice carpet in the bedrooms.

I would want the price including labor and materials.1) Carpet2) Laminate3) Vinyl planks4) Refinish hardwood floors5) Ceramic tileI'm trying to find a nice middle ground between price and durability. 

With this arrangement I am assuming you are going to be putting in some nice hardwood trim and are going premium on all the materials.The numbers don't sound crazy,  the details just sound to vague.
