I tell everyone, at least once every 6 months, or as needed, to do a walk through of the apartment, escorted by the tenant. 

They continued to shoot down our bombers.Some engineers from the Rolls Royce airworks factory developed a double supercharged engine for our fighter planes that would fly as escorts to the bombers. 

They are looking for an additional 2 gals, and I now have concerns about approving these other girls, and ensuring a steady cash flow as things gel.I will have all fill out application, get co-signers, have a standard lease.

She is a good girl in a bad situation.  

The girls lease goes until November can I give her 30 days?  

I had similar issues with the 26 year old GED girl living in one of my other houses (she get's a ton of money in child support...) and she has been a constant problem.

The guy says he's going to pay rent and try to win back his girl.

The girl just got out of a toxic relationship and moving in with the father.

But the old girl would then count her minutes & only pay for the time she used NOT the ongoing monthly costs. 

Or I could put on my big girl pants and get to work.
