Hi @Jae Ham, I run a wholesaling business so I sure hope it doesn't become outlawed:) Some wholesalers have chosen to operate in the grey and others have hurt wholesaling's reputation, but if you do it right it's not only legal it's also a benefit to all parties.

If you've chosen these two just because you like the Indy market, I'd recommend expanding your search to other markets and focusing on reputation and customer service/PM quality.

She had since graduated and had sufficient verifiable income and approved her.If a similarly qualified tenant without an eviction had also applied then we would have chosen the tenant with the cleaner record, but it wasn't an automatic deal breaker for us and she's worked out just fine.
