This is a great site but let's top pretending we're encouraging rationale behavior.

For example, for every 1 month of being locked down are we going to see peoples behaviors change for 3 or 6 months or more after.

Now, we file several evictions per month at our company and don’t tolerate bad behavior, but that is not the picture you painted.

If they had three DUI and a revoked license, that would indicate more of a pattern of reckless behavior.

As everyone has said, this is so far off the map of acceptable that it's unlikely she'll find her way all the way back.We've had a dozen stellar tenants, and then one whose behavior turned this direction.

Here's my opinion:  If your lease doesn't specify anything, then your behavior sets the rules. 

There is a plan for cameras 👍🏼 and there already is a motion sensor light that turns on, but it hasn’t deterred the activity...I want the behaviors to stop...and quite frankly there to be no narcotics on my property.
