If you're not being taken seriously it's because there are a million of out of state investors "looking" at Cleveland and they mostly share some common themes: -they're looking to invest in Cleveland, but also 5,10, or 20+ other markets.

Those certificates are attached to the property, not the owner, so they convey with the property, which makes theme more valuable, and hard to find.

As I read through this thread, the central theme seems to be "I live (ideally sell) in area X, so I advise investment in area X".

None of my rentals are in the medical center area, but being close to major hospitals, 410/I10, Lackland, and the theme parks is a great strategy here in SATX.
