From my understanding, there are appropriate programs in place to lessen the reaction like last time.I don't think there's an exact science or formula but yes, we may seem similar numbers

It's not a perfect science, but I've noticed that in most midwestern markets like Memphis, Indianapolis, Kansas City, etc...Anything that has a true market rent of "around" $800 and below is almost definitely a "C" property.

Sometimes, it will be a non-existent address; I have found these can be data entry errors (closely resembles another legitimate address), or can be fictional addresses from a credit application in the past.
