You set yourself up for people to be really pissed at you if they feel like they were strung along.Outside of the raw credit score it is definitely worth learning how to interpret the credit reports rather than just going by the raw score.

If you're not sure how to interpret parts of your lease, then it might help you sleep better at night to pay for an hour's worth of time with an attorney and have them explain any sections you don't understand.

Before I find a rehab home for flip or rental I want to have some housing engineers on the list to be able to interpret deals and calls these guys in to get a number on the rehab costs.

Regarding the law suits, criminal cases, and mechanics liens, they take a level of interpretation and sometimes a bit of digging to determine what they mean .
