You set yourself up for people to be really pissed at you if they feel like they were strung along.Outside of the raw credit score it is definitely worth learning how to interpret the credit reports rather than just going by the raw score.

I'm not sure how to interpret that either.I could take out around 70k from a HELOC to use as a down payment for a 2-4u rental.

So far I agree with other's interpretation of what your realtor may be trying to tell you, and he/she may very well be right.

If you're not sure how to interpret parts of your lease, then it might help you sleep better at night to pay for an hour's worth of time with an attorney and have them explain any sections you don't understand.  

I've always interpreted it the same as @Drew Fein. 

Before I find a rehab home for flip or rental I want to have some housing engineers on the list to be able to interpret deals and calls these guys in to get a number on the rehab costs.

Regarding the law suits, criminal cases, and mechanics liens, they take a level of interpretation and sometimes a bit of digging to determine what they mean .  

I believe it does, but like most things, I'm sure it's up for interpretation.... perhaps @Steven Hamilton II can shed light on it?
