Housing Engineers (Contractors)

Hi Everybody on Biggerpockets,

I got a simple question from a newbie (thats me). Does anyone know of any good recommendations for a housing contractor in the San Diego, Ca area? Before I find a rehab home for flip or rental I want to have some housing engineers on the list to be able to interpret deals and calls these guys in to get a number on the rehab costs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
