If the area tends to have a lot of rain storms, snow, ice, etc. then having a hill like that is a big problem.Personally I love my flat driveway.

If you're on thin ice with the deal already maybe it's a no-go, if you've got time and money to hold it and lower the price if need be it could still be a winner.

Well, it was the ice makers, working properly :)On the other hand if they destroy it maliciously or because they don't care/take care of the property I pursue the damage to the fullest extent of my abilities.
