The affidavits will then be reviewed by title company's underwriting team, and if given the green light, proceed with closing.The affidavits will prove to title company who has the legal authority to transfer title and identity who has an equitable interest in the property. 

I believe Nevada is better for Identity protection/anonymity, Not legal corporate veil penetration protection.

Things like contributions, distributions, timelines, etc. are identical.

I was thinking the same thing @Tyler Mullen suggested....have you called the lender to verify that they actually sent this to you and why exactly they need it to confirm that it's not some scammer phishing for your personal info to do some sort of identity fraud?

I posted a very similar thread the other day, as I have a nearly identical situation I've been debating on.

But you carry your drivers license and to get your driver's license you have to show multiple proofs of identity, citizenship status and permanent address.

I have decided that I will contact the credit bureaus and request they remove that mistaken identity entry.

It was the only web page I could find of this nature that didn't look extremely biased and "scammy".Identity Guard gave me all three of what I think are my genuine FICO scores.

:D And yes, it's good though I felt I times I was watching The Bond Identity.
