X coast guard champion in marshal arts.. and one heck of a GC and he can strap on belt when needed.. but even that we have controlled draws with inspections .. our banks require it.But what happens is he has credit at the lumber yard and other places and the draws are for work done and in place.your going to have a very hard time finding contractors for low end rental rehabs that can carry a tune..

Last year my framers were robbed at gun point while outside eating lunch, neighbor had a ring doorbell and cameras, but really couldn't make the guy out.

I use the Yale SL, I manage it through my ring alarm/ring doorbell.I have that same lock in 4 houses, haven't had an issue and the double A batteries have lasted over 10 months so far.

@Derek Hobart use a 1) channel manager for guest messaging (Your Porter, IGMS, Smartbnb, OwnerRez to name a few), 2) dynamic pricing tool (Pricelabs or Beyond Pricing), 3) digital guest guide where you can embed short instructional videos (Hostfully), 4) WiFi lock (Schlage Smart Connect w/Smart Things Hun or Schlage Encode no hub needed), camera (Ring Cam) and thermostat (Honeywell).

Obviously, this assumes that you buy the right properties at the right prices, as properties won't necessary go up in value indiscriminately.Fonatur's strategy is so successful that they're clearly gonna keep ringing and repeating it in new locations.
