Let's not find fault with low cost leverage and the lenders (our business partners) who provide it. big bad bank forced me to borrow from them then when I don't pay them back they are the crooks.. its insane the attitude so many in the US take against lenders and banks..

We have tested several different ideas over the last 10 years and here are some conclusions we've come to, and things we've implemented:The pet owning community is too large for us to completely remove from our tenant poolDeposits that are refundable yield better property condition at move out, than non-refundable fees, as people seem to have the attitude that they are paying for some damage anyway.Pet deposits accompany a Pet addendum in our lease, which states specifically the animal by type, size, breed, age and even name.
