I don't log into BP that often unless "key words" pop-up.

Hi James - sorry for the late response; I hadn't logged on in a couple of days.

Sorry, super late to the game because i haven't logged into this forum in months, but I would really like to vouch for @Bill Larsen and @Joe Homs as being real estate agents I have worked with or gotten to know and believe that they really know what they are talking about and have made me money. 

I would ask for rent rolls, maintenance logs, renovation logs etc.  

Here in CA, contractors have bonds or 15k, you can do logged communications, demands, etc, and if everything is exhausted and still the contractor does not perform the contract.

So declaring all this subcontractor expense on your return without also having a bunch of 1099s logged on your account with the IRS is a pretty big red flag.  

Once you log in and get exploring you see a slider that lets you set spending limits for advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram and Waze. 

I log on to TAR get the unimproved land one and then have a field day with the special provisions. 

I'm trying to post a listing for an assisted living home, but when I press to add a listing it is saying that I need to be logged in to do that (I am logged in). 

Normally I would have 50K miles logged for business by this time of the year and I have been grounded since February.
