In 6 months they broke 3 light fixtures - I had reports their kids were spraying a garden hose from the outside of the house into the kitchen, broke a large kitchen cabinet door, broke several plastic pieces of a new higher end Fridge, fist sized hole in the wall, carpet stains and the entire house may need another repaint, damaged woodwork, scratched kitchen cabinets, stole the curtain rods, curtains my wife spent a lot of time picking out stolen, destroyed the back yard - let the weeds grow several feet tall in the flower beds etc.  

You people buying garden sheds for 200k are crazy!

A contact I have at auction.com who talks regularly with Fannie Mae etc.believes the golf ball will pass through the garden hose won't be until early 2021.Right now Fannie Mae and other U.S.

From a high school friend of mine who lives in San Jose, CA:"So does Shelter-In-Place mean I can’t be out side gardening in my backyard or working on my house and doing stucco and fixing possible leaks in walls???

Not only that but the carrying costs of utilities, pool guy, gardener etc... were taking its toll on the family.

I've done it in Garden City.

As far as parts I would concentrate on: Downtown, Tower, Fig Garden, Old town clovis or other parts of clovis really.
