Ya know... easier to clean up the blood stains... 

Think about it - you're sending someone a letter staying you want to buy their house fast and cash but send a cheap letter with fake coffee stains on it? 

We installed it in a house to "look pretty" but 2 years later I bet they are already scratched and/or stained.

FAN friggin TASTICTHen why is it so hard for most to understand that it is   A N N O Y I N G to no end to keepo receiving mailes from this stupid stubborn company that WON:T LEAVE ME ALONE.Do you REALLY think that if you have annoyed someone for 3 months with constant mailers that they now will call you when they do want to sell?

Besides the nasty carpet stains and general filth in the unit, they left all their dogs' poop in the back patio area, and they left some food in the freezer, and some meat in the kitchen sink.

The neat thing is they were actually from that exact house (although the street numbers were different back then).Wow, havent thought about that in awhile, actually its not that odd in the city with alot of older homes, yours were unique in what they were though, most are just cardboard scrap.Some of you are pretty lucky, most I ever end up with is junk and all sorts of nasty smells and stains.

Your high-end cabinets are usually going to be painted white or black, or wood stained light or dark.

There's no visible evidence, aside from the 42 pound bag of cat litter.I did some research and found I can photograph urine stains if I illuminate them with a UV light. 

At the time, the deck (900 sq ft) needed to be stained and sealed.

The dark walnut doesn't look bad to I think we'll just replace the baseboard with the same dark walnut stained wood but go with a 3" or more baseboard as opposed to the original 1.5".
