Looks like their last rental was their first...I am able to see through my cam that they were well dressed during the time I was at work...The couples don't have driver license but one has a learner permit that expired...their dad has a nice silver SUV that looks very new and clean... the second time they came to visit two person that didnt show up the first time came along with the person that previous showed up for the first showing...they didnt have any question to ask because my dad don't know much english and they just showed up to our house doorsteps and called the agent up to ask to go in and see the apartment...for the second time...they ask about when the lease start date will be and her husband just ask one question about whether the water is hot in this apartment...the potential tenant is 4 adults...

Because of high rates, I cannot refi properties efficently that I bought a year or more ago, so unless I have an occupancy or safety problem, I will not do renovations that can drive rent increases like that.
