Hey Gents (and ladies if appropriate)... not sure how many of you follow KSL but someone has 2 fourplexes listed in South Salt Lake for $325,000, rent roll somewhere in the $5,500 range.

At some point in the near future I should have some case law to support that opinion, so take it with a grain of salt, consult with a very good securities attorney, and remember that I'm not an attorney and don't give legal advice so feel free to ignore everything I just said

I'm not in Salt Lake but the market is getting better all around the US.

@Aaron Norris, yes I totally agree with you about large counties and how countywide forecasting/reporting should be taken with a grain of salt. 

North Salt Lake/Bountiful/Woods Cross areas are quite a bit more for market prices.

But I had a couple of thoughts anyways which you can take with a grain of salt.
