For some reason, I think this REIA will take off given the personalities and dynamics of it's founders.

Frisco is a great place to live, but investment is very tough...very unique dynamics there where rent is often like 1/2% rule vs 1% rule, so probably negative cash flow for the normal investor.

I'm sure it's much more in-depth than I am ready for, but I want to try and learn this dynamic. 

Investing in Seattle is challenging but the market is very dynamic and with so many folks coming to the area due to the strong employment, opportunities are everywhere. 

I was thinking the “contact” it made was a bit more dynamic.
