We have our bins ready to go when the dumpster gets to us. 27 gallons is a good size because one person can still move them if they're half-filled with plaster debris/demoed tile/concrete rubble, 3/4 filled with drywall or other chopped up sheet goods, or fully filled with random cleanout crap/lumber.

What about a fast food, such as McDonalds.Do you have enough lot size for them if it was demoed?

The bones in the house are in good condition its 1200sq ft not a lot of demo as the kitchen has already been gutted.

It was purchased with appliances, several building materials, and already demoed.

If it needs to be replaced try to see if there's one layer or two - older homes almost always have two layers and this is important because it adds to your demo costs.

The find, the design, the demo ( I love demo), the building, and sourcing of materials at deep discount ( love this more). 

I would do all the demo and carpentry including installing the backer board and the tile. 

I've learned that I can probably save the most money in demo work myself after I talk with a GC.

Then you will have to pay the roofer to demo and reinstall which is where the $$ is anyway.
