I could get all of that done for $1,436 so the floor heaters I don't know I would go to home depot find out what they are going for and see if they are worth $2,124 I think he is trying to take you to the cleaners.

If the property is listed with an agent, get it under contract and the title company will work out all the noise and non-sense that your house cleaner/seller is making as well as solving the probate issues.

You can also place signs on the bulletin boards of your local dry cleaners, mom & pop grocery stores, libraries, etc.Since you don't have any money, I would also suggest driving the neighborhoods for vacant/distressed houses to try and contact the owner.Also listen to all of the podcasts on here, with interviews with wholesalers.

Some of these Airbnb turn overs are every 1-2 days, which means my cleaners are sometimes cleaning the same rental 5 days a week!
