No body using the infinite banking concept would ever buy life insurance simply for the death benefit.

I go to the gym to stay in shape, but my goal isn't to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, because  guys that spend that much time on their own bodies are probably lacking something in their lives, missing out, neglecting someone, don't have another skill they need, aren't very smart, live paycheck to paycheck, etc. or some combination of those.

One notable exception is "(4) If the ordinance supersedes any zoning restriction established by a local initiative, the ordinance shall only take effect if adopted by a two-thirds vote of the members of the legislative body." 

Second side note-when it comes to STRs you have to know if your city/county/state/ whatever regulatory body will allow you to have a permit with ownership being in an LLC. 

Had a tenant in one of my rental condos that couldn't get along with any body in the complex.  

Look at flooding (because of bodies of water, old pipes in the city, etc.) 

It reacts to outside elements like a science experiment, it grows and atrophies like the used and unused muscles in our body…and then on the other side it barely even exists.

Focus on what matters and take care of your body!

So I don’t need to rely on my body to keep food on the table.Turning my primary into a rental and going to be purchasing a new primary soon.

Flat is not washable and it collects oils and dirt from peoples hands, head and any other parts of the body that may touch the walls or trim.
