Is it OK to tell callers "I'm sorry I'm not affiliated with governmental housing programs???

All the Mac crazies are going to come out of their houses with coupon codes and affiliate links for you, if they exist.

Look out agents they are going to double down and they want to own the entire process [flipping business was a small hiccup enroute to their real estate domination] from brokerages, lending and various other affiliated services ie; title, warranties , insurance etc. make those higher margins more emphasized and more efficient they will be a force to reckon with.

Companies like Northwest Registered Agent (not affiliated with them just who I happened to use) helped me both with setting them up as my registered agent and helping me establish an LLC.
