I do not rent sight unseen; I can not run Credit or other reports without each individuals written authorization; I require complete application and supporting documentation for EVERY adult occupant; and I refuse to "negotiate" prior to reviewing a complete application.

You are not an adult by any legal measure in the United States.

I have failed multiple times not just in my teen years but also in my young adult life.

What to pay a teenager or young adult to come to your house twice a week to check on a rental or primary house while you are away for a few months, bring in & out the trash cans and other duties that can be done.

But I get quite a few prospects my way from local young adult ministries and from past clients that know I have rentals.Hope that helps!

Hey @Leon Lee, we rent primarily to families or multiple families or groups of older adults come to ride the bike trail.

I invest in Ypsilanti and most non-residential zonings only allow "3 unrelated adults" per unit.

This replaced a family of five sometimes six with just two adults.
