I spend hours after work almost every day doing many real estate tasks:- bookkeeping- viewing properties- checking on projects- analzing potential deals- scheduling contractors- meeting contractors at job sites- posting on BP- etc.Having said that, I also make sure I keep a balance in my life.

She spends a total of 5-10 hours a month on her tasks (I pay her $15 so somewhere less than $150 a month) and I spend 5 hours a month doing book keeping, paying bills, and running our weekly 15 minute call used so that all involved can touch base and to ensure things are running as expected.Super easy!

Fast forward to now, I work from home as a book keeper and surprisingly podcasts actually help me focus when I am doing certain repetitive tasks (I am successful when doing large volumes of data entry; I hit pause if I need to read or write full sentences, e.g. emails).

Setup the LLC, setup your business banking, get a dedicated business credit card, separate all business expenses from your personal expenses ... then when you start doing your bookkeeping, it will be easy.
