@Adrian Peterson You cannot manipulate your tax returns by intentionally failing to report deductions no matter what the intention is - that includes wanting to show higher income for purposes of qualifying for a loan.

Being lied to is nothing new but here's the story:Last Friday, they we complaining that their stove wasn't working (eventually we found out their complaint was that one of the 4 coils/burners got "too" hot, even on low temp).

Therefore, you may get emails / calls after 5:00PM and during the weekend.This may give you more flexibility as you can work when you want and where you want but I think the demand will be different.I think if you are looking for flexibility, you may want to consider going from full-time to part-time or work as a 'seasonal contractor' or 'temp'.I think the other issue that you will have is that your hourly wage will likely go down.You are likely making atleast $100/hour as an attorney but that hourly rate will be cut down when transitioning to an agent.Best of luck.

If you are truly getting that poor quality of tenants I'd look into manipulating the price.
