I feel there alot of great connections here and hopefully will steer me in the right direction.

That being said, even a coach (which is really what you are paying for with a system) may not be able to steer you correctly. 

I am still in my researching phase before buying, but that fact alone is steering me towards setting up an LLC before my first purchase.   

Someone mentioned a wrap before, but I would steer clear of going the wrap route if at all possible.

Any help to me get started or steer me in the right direction is highly appreciated.

I've been getting some mentorship about almost exactly this same idea from a syndicator who has done dozens of $30+ mm deals in Seattle and have gotten some feedback that might steer you a little closer to some answers.
